Alert/Advisory regarding Fake PCC

 

  1. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is issued by RPOs in India and by Mission/Posts abroad. PCC establishes that the applicant has no criminal cases pending against him in India. This is required by applicants for employment in overseas companies, admissions in foreign educational, long term stay etc.
  2. Some fake PCCs have been found during regular check-ups.
  3. Recruiting Companies and other stakeholders are hereby advised to stay vigilant about this possible fake PCC submission by candidates.
